Shorin-ryu VS Goju-ryu seminar 2023

Yesterday there was a comparison training between the Goju-ryu and Shorin-ryu styles, with the theme of combat. The event was held in Matteo Brianti sensei's dojo, in Moncalieri, and was an excellent moment of technical exchange, held in friendship, between the two schools involved.  Matteo Brianti sensei and Emanuel Giordano sensei proposed to the karatekas present, Goju-ryu and Shorin-ryu practitioners, combat exercises typical of the two styles, underlining the difference in the use of the body, but also the similarities. All those present liked the training and ended the evening, in friendship, with a toast! These technical exchanges between different schools are 100% the purpose of Okinawa Karate Kenkyukai! Thanks to the schools Karate & Kobudo Moncalieri, and Karate Shorin-ryu Torino e Settimo.
