The first MERIT RECOGNITION for the dissemination of Okinawan Traditional Karate, issued by our institution, was handed over to Maeshiro Morinobu sensei, 10th dan Shidokan Shorin-ryu. The plaque was given to the Master in his dojo in Okinawa, in recognition of his immense commitment to the dissemination of Okinawan martial arts, and for his precious collaboration with the Okinawa Karate Kenkyukai. Collaborations like this help to grow Okinawa Traditional Karate in Italy, and make the Okinawa Karate Kenkyukai always at the forefront of the spread and preservation of this ancient martial art.
